Linen - 160gsm Pandanus 0.5m
- Description
Origin: Our European Flax® fibre is grown and processed in France, then spun, dyed and woven in China.
Composition: 100% Linen, Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified.
Weight: 160gsm
Width: 138cm
Details: The perfect shade of olive green, our 'Pandanus' 100% linen.
100% linen is a favourite for many of us as an easy-care, everyday garment fabric. Renowned for being an incredibly strong and durable fibre, our linen begins with a crisp hand that will soften with each wash.
Light, breathable, cool and comfortable. Linen is our go-to choice for relaxed shapes when creating elegant and timeless pieces.
Our mid-weight linen is 160gsm. This weight helps to add a little structure and volume to garments where required, but still provides that classic linen drape we know and love. 160gsm is normally opaque enough to not require a lining. Please order a free swatch card to check the opacity, hand feel, colour and texture, prior to purchase.
Makes: Imagine some wide leg Pamona Pants or a Waikerie Shirt dress? Just perfect.
Care instructions: We recommend washing this fabric before use in the same way you intend to care for your finished garments. Pre-washing will help remove any shrinkage before beginning your project.
Our linen can be machine washed and tumble dried. We do suggest a delicate cycle and using a gentle detergent to help retain colour vibrancy. Avoid detergents with optic whiteners, unless it's white linen!
We do find hand washing then hanging to dry in the shade where possible, is the best care method to retain colour vibrancy with most natural fibres.

Please note: Monitor settings can change the way these colours are viewed on screen. A free swatch card with the full linen collection is available to help eliminate any guess work!
