Our partnership with i=Change

A+R Fabrics has partnered with i=Change to give back from every sale, and you choose where this donation goes after checking out.

How it Works

1 - Shop as normal | i=Change retailers give back $1 from every sale.

2 - Send the donation | After checking out on the A+R Fabrics website, the i=Change platform will appear.  You choose from the three projects available where the entire $1 donation goes.

3 - track the impact | See how much your purchase has helped raise in real-time, and its impact with 100% transparency.

"Weaving philanthropy into our everyday purchases, represents one of the most powerful opportunities to create a new funding stream and positively impact communities around the world."

i=Change

After investigating the options that were available to micro sized businesses to be able to give back, I settled on i=Change.  After some careful consideration, I feel the i=Change Organisation represents a simple, yet honest way to involve our Maker community in the conscious act of giving back.  The entire $1 donated from each sale is given directly to your selected project, then we as the retailer pay a small additional fee to assist with the operations of i=Change.  I really like that we can all be sure that each time you shop with an i=Change brand partner, your $1 is reaching the project you select.

I also looked into 1% for the planet, but given that i=Change is an Australian based NGO, it felt like the right step forward for A+R Fabrics.

I encourage you to take a read of the i=Change story here and discover more details about how they work.  You can also see a directory of other brands who are involved in this social change.
