Our shipping rates are calculated at the checkout using a third party app provided by Auspost. The app generates rates based on the weight of the fabric you are purchasing. We tested it extensively prior to implementation, however if something looks incorrect, please get in touch + we will arrange a shipping quote directly for you.
All Australian orders will be provided with a tracking number once your parcel is lodged. This will be sent to you via email or sms, depending on which form of communication you opted for at checkout.
If you are placing a large order + have a preferred courier service or would like us to look at other shipping options, please get in touch. I know Auspost can be quite expensive once you tip the scales too far, so I'm more than happy to investigate other solutions for you!
We also use Auspost for our International shipping. Standard International sea shipping unfortunately doesn't include any tracking, insurance or sign on delivery options. If you would like to enquire about these additional options for your parcel, please contact us. We suggest checking out to secure your fabric + notions + then replying to the 'order confirmation' email you receive. This way will have all of the order details + shipping details together to accurately arrange the additional options for you.
If you selected the air freight shipping option, you tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel is lodged.
