Ordering + Fulfilment

ORDERING

From 2024 all of our fabrics will be sold as pre-cut lengths to allow for smoother order processing and fulfilment.

If the last few years of operating a product business have taught me anything, it's that streamlining and simplifying where possible as a solo operator are key!

All of our fabrics will be cut into 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m lengths - with some fabrics also offered in 1m or 3.5m lengths. 

Simply select the desired length of your selected fabric from the dropdown menu to your cart and check out.   

If you're after more than our longest length, say 4.5m - just add a split 2m and 2.5m to reach your required meterage.  You may need to check the pattern layout for your pattern before selecting the lengths to ensure you can fit each pattern piece!  

The smaller lengths should also make it a little easier to prewash and then store at your end. :)

 

FULFILMENT 

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.

If our weekly order capacity is reached, the store will close to allow for fulfilment and reopen once we've cleared any outstanding orders. 

Your orders are picked in the 'mini-studio' (add tour video here) in my next door neighbours back yard.  This allows me to work from home in the evenings after the chickens are in bed and the plants are all watered.  Often the girls are also in bed or sometimes hanging out with Mum in the mini-studio.  

Orders are sent out each Monday and Thursday*.  

Limiting the postage days allows me to be a present parent, active crafter, decent homemaker and reliable friend, all the things that make me happy when they happen in tandem with one another. :)
