OCTOBER 2019 - Store update
I have been a little MIA on our social channels with lots happening behind the scenes.
We have sold through more than we expected + are now working hard to replenish stock of some of your favourite items. Thank you all so much for your support so far with this little venture of mine. Whether you've ordered samples, commented on a photograph or provided feedback to one of the many questions I've posed since opening, it is greatly appreciated!
So what's my plans between now + the New Year?
Well, I have a couple of ikat designs on the way to us. A deep teal colour way + another black + ivory design. Our previous supplier has closed so we are forging a new relationship with a family in India who have provided us with some beautiful quality ikat cottons. They only accept much larger MOQ, so we will start with 2 designs + hopefully grow this category quickly.
I am working on getting some rayon rib jerseys onto the virtual shelves, along with some additional colours to our bamboo jersey range.
We are on the search for a merino jersey supplier + hope to have a small range of quality Australian / New Zealand grown wool available by next February / March. The sampling process takes time + I'm determined to find an option that provides brilliant quality.
There are also some broiderie anglaise cottons in pure white joining to range sometime before Christmas, which is especially exciting for me as I have plans for my #sixforsummer collection that include something from this lovely fabric.
I have been chatting with a talented Aussie sewist who has a creative vision for her own prints and I would LOVE to bring you guys some of her magic at some stage! More on that at a later date..
Until next time,
